Services & Fees

The agreed upon contract will list our current commission and price of any additional services required. Our commission is percentage based and is currently 40%.

 

Fees for additional services are currently:

Cleaning and/or Trash Removal prior to the sale ---------- $20.00 per hour per person

Post Sale Clearout ---------- $200.00 Fee plus 40% of the Last Chance Sale (fee taken out of your sale proceeds)

 

What is a Post Sale Clearout? Once your sale is completed, you may have items left over. Instead of having to pack & box them up, donate them, haul them off, or figure out how to get rid of them, we come back and open the home for a 2- 3 hour 75% off "Last Chance" sale, then a 1 hour "giveaway". This process makes clearing out the house so much easier for you. The fee we charge simply pays for our time to return to the home after the sale.
